There are some people who have ordered from me in the range of 2 months ago, which they may have no received. If you haven't got in contact with me, know, this is definitely a problem and feel free to contact me through the panel of "Contact" in the website.

I have been trying over, and over again to reach you, as this is only or two or three individuals. Because I care about doing your orders, I post this here as a final resort...

If someone has ordered in the last two months and they haven't received an order or we got into contact, this is thoroughly abnormal, and you probably haven't been available in e-mails.

The problem is that these 2-3 people did not give me details on their birthdays, they put (par example) "6/5/2015" which does not allow me to see the month or the date accurately. I want to get in touch to continue with your orders as this is causing me delays by looking for you all the time. I attempted contacting you more than 5 times in all e-mails provided. In the site it says clearly, be available for communication.

I had to use this platform to get people to see this, and hopefully, they will. Otherwise I will wait up to a week and then refund all the orders placed by these few individuals.
