Astral vision

Hi!

BESIDES this:

are there any exercises that empower the astral vision? My 3rd eye is open, I can feel a pressure there easily when I concentrate or even just think about it, but I haven't seen anything significant lately.

Yes, the Veil of Isis mantra. It also opens your clairaudience. HPS Maxine posted about it about 6-10 months ago, you can search for it in the groups. Basically though, vibrate Isis 20 times or so after your main sleep, or whenever works for you. To vibrate it,

"eeeeeee-sssssss-eeeeeee-sssssss"
