Ever since I was born I always saw flashing particles like static on a tv screen in all directions.
I could always see the vibrations of the particles around me.
I never knew what it was back then but now I know it is tied to my astral sight.
In the last 5 months of meditation this has gone from mere particles to flashing lights and colors to what now appears to be a glowing mist whenever I turn the lights off.
The dark now glows like a cloud of energy before my eyes.
I have been working daily on empowering my upper chakras and awakening my astral sight and recently started to direct the energy not just into eyes 1-6 but also my physical eyes to connect the nerves and energy pathways.
It seems I was right to do so.
In a few days since then my ability to see light and how I see it has changed. I also constantly feel myself vibrating and sometimes feel like I'm spinning, or like the room is spinning, either or.
When I meditate in the shower my entire body is overwhelmed with pleasure and energy in every nerve so that's a sign of growth as well.
I'm not sure what the average amount of time it takes to fully open the astral sight is but I notice tiny bits of progress every day.
The satanama chant also seems to be by far the most powerful. It's the only chant that makes my body totally overload with energy to where I can't take anymore after about 20 minutes and I recently have been concentrating it specifically in my 3rd eye.
Very powerful but also makes me unable to move my body for several minutes when i'm done.
During this state void meditation is AMAZINGLY pleasurable. I feel like I'm literally floating in a sea of energy when I do this.
I will continue my daily meditations curses on the jews and experiment with different ways to use different mantras.
I have a strong feeling many of the things I have made a habit lately are things the gods led me to directly.
They truly do guide us when we need it if we only pay attention!
