Astral projection help...

Ok so i've done the meditations. I have also tried to astral project. I tried the method on the ToZ website, and when that didn't work I did research on astral projection, and tried other methods as well. I try to astral project every day. I am dedicated to learning astral projection, and I don't fear being separated from my physical body. Still I am unable to project. I get to the point where I can feel the vibrations, but then nothing happens. I've tried visualization, and mantras. Still I do not project.



Does anyone know any other methods to astral project?

I do know if you even have a tiny amount of doubt in your ability to do it, then it wont happen.
