Astral attacks

I;m constantly being astrally attacked and abused by xtians/jews

I am doing all kinds of meditations,but i still can not defend myself.

What should I do?

Clean and protect your aura, close your chakras, and ask Satan or your GD for help.

Do the aura of protection as often as you feel the need. More then twice a day (upon waking and going to sleep, also.)Also, clean your aura and chakras every night before going to bed. This helps with getting rid of attacks.

i heard these greys ect. cant get to close as they arent the same species. just vocally abusive but they cant go near the sacral chakra?
