i am on a few different psych meds, one is for depression, i feel like these are hampering me though and make me put on weight, can psych meds be helpful or are they just more jewish bs?

I believe meditating as much as you can is the best approach. Because when you meditate more, you make more progress and advance more. In the beginning this will be a linear increase in advancement as a function of time.

However, since you make more progress and open and nourish the soul more and more, you will be able to meditate on different parts of your soul and use them, which again attributes to an increase of advancement, on top of the extra time you spend.

So in the end, if you meditate much and are consistent, your growth is an exponential function of time.

So if you meditate 4hrs instead 1h a day, each day, in the end of your life your advancement will much more than 4 times. (I mean, if you were able to measure it in numbers, which u are not. But I hope people get the message.)

This is a thought I wanted to share, but never had the opportunity to.

The best usage of psych medicine is when it grounds the mind, like with schizophrenia. However, for anxiety or depression, this can be resolved more easily and therefore, in my opinion, should not be treated with psych medicine. We know that anything pertaining to yang (fire/air) helps depression, and anything pertaining to yin (water/earth) helps anxiety.

Therefore, you may want to do a Sun Square, use Sowilo, or do Kundalini Yoga or the Breath of Fire.

This is just my own opinion and not medical advice. Talk to your doctor about reducing your dosage of these medicines.

When I do Hatha yoga, during « The Plough » exercises, I sense a very hot energy 10-20 cm around my coccys zone (only during this exercise, and it dissipate immediately after).

i made the post because i wasn't sure what counted as race mixing (in the context of causal sex between 2 ppl with no emotional attachment involved - only pleasure).

But if I have to have my say, some things must be clear for the people who choose this thing; it must be a serious and long-term thing but above all one must be a bit advanced before undertaking such a thing to be able to feel things well, I say this to avoid unnecessary illusions.

Since this is very new for your body, it is also possible that this specific Asana is stimulating your base chakra. I had a similar experience a few years ago. I simply stopped doing this position until my body adjusted. Think about the fact that Yoga increases your power. So it will stimulate certain areas that had been liying dormant for a very long time. Depending on how advanced you are, if you meditated in past lives and so on, we will all have different experiences.

If this hot energy you feel, makes you uneasy, you can stop doing this position for a while and go back to it once your body will be used to the energy. HPS Maxine always said in her sermons and on the JoS website, that if an exercice/meditation feels uncomfortable for you, then stop.

Also, maybe try to clean your base chakra (like a 40-day working for example) and then go back to the Plough after that and see how it feels.

Hello Brothers and sisters!

I have been having troubles with going to sleep at night, memory loss, and also reading getting confused/dizziness.

Let me give some details. I do some house/aura/chakra cleaning before going to bed and when I close my eyes I see things in my face like smiling yellow eyed faces, maybe teeth or whatever. What causes this? how can I prevent or put a halt on this? Am I doing something wrong?

An example of memory loss is like doing mundane tasks and my mind goes blank I don't remember that I did something or not and than I repeat the activity and realize I have already done it. this is only one example.

While reading the words change and I have to read it again to make any sense of it. or I get confused and dizzy and have to read the information again. This occurs mainly reading the JOS site, I'm betting it's something preventing me from getting any information.

Also confusion how do I counteract this/prevent?

This sounds like blood deficiency. When I search this, under TCM websites, I get these symptoms: Insomnia, Dizziness, Pale lips, Amenorrhea, Poor memory, Scanty periods, Dull white shallow face

When I search for liver blood deficiency, these symptoms pop up:

There could be other problems, but this seems like a good start towards a full diagnosis. For any health problems, you want to increase your total vitality, then direct it accordingly into the problem. This usually calls for yoga, possible diet modification, and use of acupressure or herbs.

If this is the case for you, acupressure points like Spleen 6 would be useful for regenerating blood.

If this is related to an enemy attack, then this is where a strong AOP is needed. Something decent would be chanting Algiz 45x and programming to protect you in all ways.
