Hello İ have one question.
Do you need to be in trance state when you are working with runes?
1. Going into trance
2. Vibrating the rune x times
3. Affirmation x times while you are in trance
first you should vibrate runes, second you should perrorm affirmations.
All these 3 steps should be performed when you are in trance. İs this right approach?

I did not knew what you are doing or what are you doing or do in the future. When I asked if you are committed I was more referring if you have done the ritual and if you are at heart with the God's meaning if you truly do Believe in them or if you just simply do things blindly without being at heart with Them.

Of course your efforts will improve your connection with the God's that obvious in itself.

Hello! I have a very important question about something that has troubled me since the beggining of my journey, this has been my Achilles' heel, and one of the factors that prevented me from truly advancing since I dedicated in 2019, (I have a previous account here, but I asked some personal questions about a problem that luckily I solved, thanks the gods and the members, still shame)

Some days I would feel the energy in all my body, a very similar energy as sexual arousal, but in my whole body specially my back, this motivates me, I enjoy meditating that day, feel super energized, study a lot, and I'm happy, (a negative side of this is overstretching, an impulse of stretching the whole day dominates me, probably leading to some injuries)

Then the next day I'm totally out of focus, easily distracted, my chest and back hurts, I have trouble filling my lungs but is almost a need to fullfill them, and feel like some kind of hard to describe sensation in various parts of my body, as arms, shoulders, upper back, middle back, legs, as if they were stiff. Like they are not flowing, instead are heavy, but not phisical heavy. These kinds I experience a form of anxiety that prevents me indirectly form meditating, is like I'm not in the mood, like I have something to do. Then I break cycles and stop meditating in most of the cases.

Recently I'm lowering the activities or even skipping some, but keeping steady with at least one, or trying to.

As I said, this has been my biggest weakness, and I don't really know why, I'm theorizing just recently maybe I'm feeling my own negative energy as I cleanse the surface, and as I have some practice and a Berkano working I can somehow sense this, leading to uncomfortable sensations, however this may not be the case at all.

As a side note I have never gone beyond the throat Chakra, as I've encountered this kind of days when is super easy to fall, and dont really feel the energy.

As a side note I have never gone beyond the throat Chakra, as I've encountered this kind of days when is super easy to fall, and dont really feel the energy.

If you haven't worked on your lower chakras, than you should immediately do so as you are creating a serious off balance. It doesn't matter if you don't feel the energy, you have to work on them to eventually feel them. Do 2x of everything to your chakras that you don't feel.

Then the next day I'm totally out of focus, easily distracted, my chest and back hurts, I have trouble filling my lungs but is almost a need to fullfill them, and feel like some kind of hard to describe sensation in various parts of my body, as arms, shoulders, upper back, middle back, legs, as if they were stiff. Practice physical yoga. If you feel your body stiff it will be really good to stretch it out and you will feel better afterwards.

You don't have to go into a deep trance but a light trance will be beneficial. Don't force visualization, you have to be relaxed mentally and physically also, than it will be easier to visualize.

Any excess energy is best used toward personal goals. Sometimes feeling good feelings is in place as well, but not all the time.

We are the followers of the Gods here, outside of us there is no much people following them. Maybe some pagans but in terms of practices and actual beliefs, we are their most accurate followers. This is their organization. Groups like "luciferians" are not in contact with the Gods.

Have you done the Dedication Ritual to Father Satan, it’s in the dedication section in the jos website, it’s when you dedicate yourself to Satan by doing the formal ritual of dedication, if you haven’t done the ritual you must do it or you will not be protected by the Gods so please do this ritual

I read that you have to strengthen the chakras with chants, but honestly when I read about the meditations on jos's page I didn't really understand it. In fact, it confused me even more. The little I understood is that you have to meditate on all the chakras in one session, or can you split it up into days? I mean, two on Monday, two on Tuesday, etc.

I think you are referring to Complete Chakra Meditation, you need to read all the process you should do, memorize and then do it, from the crown to the base. But if you want to work for the chakras in separate days you also have The Hours of Chakra.

I'm 40 next year, overweight, been on a quest to become better since 2012 and hit many speed bumps along the way, including a bout with mental health. I want to reach my full potential before my time here runs out and I have to repeat this cycle. I did a dedication ritual a long time ago but don't think I did it properly.

I would really appreciate some personal input and I know that community is important, which is probably where I've previously struggled as I'm trying to do all of this alone.

You'll be dedicated if you start meditating and such, as you have already done the ritual (with however much accuracy).

Start working out and eat healthy, don't eat processed food, only meat with things you can grow in the garden (vegetables, fruits). Try to eat less grain based foods and products (bread, pasta, cooky, and also sweets and such carbohydrate rich foods.)

Drink only cleaned water and milk. Avoid anything that contains sugar, cook with cane sugar if needed or honey.

That's right, I just got a little confused. Also, is the rune that is vibrated the same for everyone? I mean, if I use the "MARDUK" rune for the crown chakra, do I use it with all the following ones? Or do I only use it for that specific chakra. Another thing is the rounds, for example I don't want to saturate myself and I don't have that much privacy, so I was thinking of x10 or x5. I don't know if that would be right.
