this has been confusing for months. ive been meditating and working on chakras for a long time now. i have been noticing this kind of hard pressure between the middle and front side of my body and at first i thought it would be my front chakras. but then once i kind of focused on them more i thought it was my middle chakras. recently i worked on my front chakras and they seem to be getting better, same with chakras more centered of my body. but whats wierd is that i can still feel those strange sort of thing in between the middle and front and its been really getting in the way and still confusing. i dont know if they really are chakras (front or middle) or if its some kind of blockages. my back chakras are doing good but thats the only problem. can someone please explain to me what this is ASAP so i can move on with meditation.
