I'd recommend the book: "How to raise your self-esteem" by Nathaniel Branden.
I'm not sure if this will happen with you, but it has for me(I was sexually abused as a child). As my Kundalini got more active(it may have just been the higher bio-electricity levels) it attempted to clear out any psychological hang-ups I had about sex. This was an intense process, and I might still have more things to clear. I wanted to tell your that so that it's not as hard for you.
If you need someone to talk to, you can talk to me if you want, I'm not a professional psychologist though.
