Maybe purchasing some audio files from the JOS store will help you out. If you have truley been doing these consistently for months then maybe something is being done wrong. Or in some cases maybe it is just taking a little longer for you to open your chakras. Some of the cd's on the website goes into detail on correct vibration and instructions.

Just like High Priestess Atheron said, just stay persistent and keep at it. Eventually you will open your chakras and some of your obstacles will be broke down. Another thing that can hinder your progress is focusing on doing everything correctly. Most of the time we turn meditations into some trivial mind game. If you focus more on feeling and circulating energy you will progress a lot more. Some times we spend to much time wondering if we are doing everything right to the point we loose our concentration.

Sexual orgasm is another thing that works well. Just stimulate yourself to orgasm. When opening a meditation with orgasm, use this opportunity to visualize the energy from your base chakra ascending your spine and opening your chakras. Orgasm naturally opens and cleans the chakras.
Also, keep in mind that each individual chakra resemble a specific planet and day of the week. These correspond to the four cardinal points and the seven days of the week. Our chakras have hours where they are more active, every day. Learning to perform chakra work on it's day and hour of the week can truley further empower and open chakras.

Our chakras are very sensitive to vibration, and specific chants relative to each chakra stimulate the chakra beyond visualizing and breathing techniques. With each chakra, the tone of the chant should get higher, beginning with the root chakra where the chanting is in low tone.  Â
Hatha (physical) yoga exercises are wonderful if you have the time and discipline before beginning meditation. The energies amplified from the yoga practice and the relaxed state present a medium for focus.

I do meditate everday, always have besides a break when there was way to much going on. It's only recently come up in the past 4 or 5 month since. I know it's not a immediate change. I've been a Satanist for going on 4 years and honestly never been better.
