Hey guys I found another interesting clip.

Does anyone have any thoughts on this one? It kind of confuses me with the way they worded it. One would think that the memorandum would be a good thing but the part about private property not existing is just plain wrong. How can this be stopped?
now this might be a tad on the far end of things but does anyone think that the USA might be in big trouble with all of this?
