anger?

Out of all things happening in the world today for some reason i dont feel much sorrow or pitty but i feel angry i cant figure out why or what makes me feel this way. If anyone has any ideas on ways to help me subside this irrational emotion please let me know and with help in mind is anyone in the military or know of ways to practis in a deployment situation, any help would be nice, its been close to three years now that ive been out of practis due to fear but ive now became more comfortable with my surroundings enough to start again.
