Anger and Rituals

I've been empowering the base chakra (with the rune Thor) for quite a bit, and now i feel a pretty annoying pressure on that area. I started doing the "repressed anger" exercises a few days ago so i don't know if it's going to help yet..i was wondering if doing the Rituals may help with this (regardless of their actual goal)? Like, can you ACTUALLY pur anger in those rituals and maybe feel better after? Any similar experiences? I'm not in love with the idea of exploding and going crazy and start beating the shit out of random people. Cheers

Any kind of outlet for anger works. Art, sports training, sexual activity even, and yes, rituals too. Just find your way of expressing yourself and do it in a healthy manner.
