An idea that I've been trying

Ok, so I've been trying this lately, and I want to see what everyone else thinks.

When breathing in energy, it says not to breathe it out apart from to get a feel for it, or unless you have a specific purpose for it. But lately I've been trying this thing where I breathe in energy but then I breathe it out. While I'm breathing it out, I imagine it flushing out grey energy with it. Is this a good idea or should I stop?

Thanks for the post Kait.  I am a recovering schizophrenic and sometimes when I am doing energy breathing I have compulsions to breath out the energy I just breathed in.  Your idea gives me something valid to breath out instead of the needed energy.  Thanks again.
