Well I'm trying to get my wife to accept my new path. So as an experiment, I sent her to a Spiritual Satanist web site to read a fascinating article on one young Satanists take on Christianity. She did not go to the link and immediately questioned me about going to Satanic sites. So, I decided to lay off the "S" word for obvious reasons when I explained to her how I'm an Ancient Pagan (Not to be confused with neo-pagan)... Anyway, whenever I talk about father in her presence, I always refer to him as Enki and whenever I talk about demons, I refer to them as gods. And while these things are definitely true, I really wish she could see me for the Satanist I actually am. And besides, she's gonna start wondering soon when I order books with titles that include words like, "Satanic" and, "Daemonolotry" in them. Regardless, I just wish I didn't have to hide from her anymore. She isn't a zionist, but she does fervently believe that Satan is evil. And thus you can see the nature of my conundrum. So please! If you have anything to say, go ahead and drop me a line...

Well Donnie, and Adrian, I was the same way. I had to live a secret life too for a while. I did this for about six months, not even my wife knew, well she had an Idea of course being that my homepage on my desktop was Joy of Satan.org I actually tried to get her to see things my way which was difficult, and she didn't even go to church.   It was about seven months into my new life- after my Dedication I became very dissatisfied with her and completely lost all desire to be with her, although she doesn't know this. I felt like we weren't compatible anymore, this is only my personal experience and everyone is different. I started asking Father Satan what to do about this, I didn't even know who my Guardian Demon was at that time.   Then despite my best efforts with no avail, we were watching "The Ninth Gate" one night and she suddenly got curious, I explained about how what the guy in the movie did was wrong and disrespectful, and that he go what he deserved burning like that. Anyway, she started reading the Exposing Christianity site, and when she got through reading the Inquisition she wasn't a xian anymore, and realized the Truth. About two weeks later after reading the JoS site she did her Dedication, obviously I was Overjoyed!
Father Satan works to keep families together, He doesn't break them up. And Remember, ONLY Father Satan will change her, NOT you, I know because I tried. It was By Father Satan's will that she became Dedicated!   HAIL MY LOVING FATHER SATAN FOREVER!!

My suggestion would be to just tell her - be honest with her. She might fly off the handle about it at first, but surely she will simmer down soon afterward where you can explain it to her. Her being your wife, she should be supportive. You shouldn't have to hide it, and in the end, hiding it might just make the situation worse for the both of you.

<td val[/IMG]Greetings donnie,
My wife is a Gnostic Christian, but she is more agnostic then anything. When I first did my dedication to Father in January,my wife said to see if in six months I didn't make a mistake. She has since seen Satan do some remarkable things in both of our lives this year, and has a whole new perspective on Satanism.I think your wife will probably come to the same conclusions after a while.I have also found that if you don't push them on it,there is a natural curiosity that they have about it.Good luck on your adventure with the true God Satan.
Hail To You Father Satan And All Your Wonderful Demons!
Brian.

my advice would be to tell them..flat out tell them dont keep it a secret because secrets have a way of getting out and then it will be 10times worse..unfortunatly im not in your position because i tell all my girlfriends im a satanist as soon as we get past the "i like you and wanna see you more often" stage and 9 times outta 10 they are shocked alittle at first then most of them put that aside so they can spend time with me...but like i said im not in your position so i cant advise you on what you should do in your particular position just figured id give you my point of view..hope it helped

i know exactly what u mean. my fam is composed of catholics, baptists n lutherans. im the only devilworshipper and if anybody ever found out id be excommunicated from the family. it gets frustrating cause i wish they all knew the joys of being a satanist. besides, it gets lonely being the only one. just hang in there and feel free to come to us. thats what we're here for.

My parents are hard-core xtians. However, I told my mother what we believe and she said it does not sound all that bad, she still has hang-ups about the point-down pentagrm and inverted cross, though. And she does not want me doing it in the house. She doesn't cringe when I say Enki (she naturally hates Satan), so like Donnie I usually say gods to describe demons. Though she is trying to give me the boot out of the house because of the Satanism:(

Hail Satan!

Well thank you. That certainly places a new perspective on matters. Anyway, on a good note, we're taking a class on the old testament in college when I commented on how much of a tyrant Yahweh actually is. And she agreed with me! I can see that we're moving in the right direction anyway, but to err on the side of caution, I'll be referring to father by his original name Enki for quite a while yet...

And into my keepers email folder this goes! Thanks for the help. I guess I should trust in father as I do see her general attitude changing, slowly but surely... I'm fairly certain, when she's ready to drop her hang ups, she'll look into it...
