Just remember something. Sadhguru was speaking on how one is alone when being with others, because inside is always the one being and that you can't put inside another person... that you come alone to this world and you leave alone. This sounds not that positive, but actually the positive it is, that wherever you are you can find peace by understanding this, you don't need to go away for days to find yourself again, to go on a beach to find peace and etc, you focus inside and you find it.

Live life fully and you will never die, but some have only known struggle and from weary of battles in life they have had the most blissful laughs.

How does one who has lived gracefully and rich look at the one who has toiled with little yet enjoys the joy of struggle, Only the gods and those who are walking towards them are pleased by such actions. Its a mystery to contemplate and even more difficult to live it
