So should I stop drinking Evian water (PH 8.40)? I chose this water because it has the lowest amount of flouride in it. And sorry if the answer to this is obvious, I have never been good in chemistry lol.

Although kike food is poisonous it won't kill you right away, these foods are designed to do damage over time with repeated consumption on a daily basis. It wouldn't be wise to neglect hydration and dental hygiene though as it is a necessity to the gentile body, you just have to do your best to limit consumption and trust your spiritual abilities to work it out the rest.

The body tries to do it's job and induce a vomiting effect but the chemicals added in the drink prevent this thus leaving the victim consciously unaware of the damaging chemicals in their body. Also it should be added that sodium benzoate is dna destroying and could slow down some spiritual progress.
Any Satanists working to live a healthy lifestyle should know of a healthy diet which of course should have a limit on these foods. I currently take Magnesium l threonate which has been effective in countering most damage done by fluoride consumption.
Imo, Evian water is still better then drinking from tap water or any water that is below 0.10-0.15 is good enough to sustain for pineal gland regeneration. Also water that is from reverse osmosis should eliminate fluoride but it also does a heavy blow to the good minerals that your body needs so you have to figure out how to balance it out. 
I'm not to sure about plastic bottles either as polyethylene terephthalate is safe but some of them are added with chemicals to increase flexibility/durability and in cases they leak into the water.

I come from corn country and can tell you our food is poison before it even gets processed. ((Monsanto)) genetically modifies our plants and it's not good. This is the same company that made Agent Orange during Vietnam and it killed and injured many Vets.

The bullshit thing is that if I were a farmer growing organic heirloom seeds and the farmer next door buys Monsanto seeds, I can be sued if his plants through no action of my own cross pollinate with mine. They can and will test my field to see if any patented Monsanto genes end up in my product.it's basically impossible to grow in the old methods unless nobody for miles around grows, and in that case your soil is probably shit.

The thing with Monsanto seeds is that it's basically a program. Their seeds and their fertilizers and pesticides all go together and work together. Their chemicals are very harsh and they have to modify the plants to withstand the poison in order to kill weeds. This poison cocktail ends up in your food, in your bread, in your cereal, in your canned corn.

The runoff from these fields cause strange colors in the waterways and rivers. It causes all kinds of problems. Good luck growing regular crops and fishing from the rivers like Satan intended because it's all poisoned with runoff.

On top of that your fluoridated water often comes from a river, the same river that everyone's pee goes into. All those psych meds people take do NOT break down after they pee and are sucked back up from the river in the public water supply.

As for the note on fluoride in toothpaste.. THAT SHT IS STILL HARMFUL TO YOUR BODY.

Why? Because skin CAN take in creams and such and the kind of skin in one's vagina and mouth is more inclined to do so. That can be observed when taking a herbal medicine that is not a pill orally.

So putting harsh chemicals onto those sensitive tissues as in the digestive system is even more dangerous than when you'd put them on your hands. Now that is something with risks as well, but somewhat less than when you'd swallow it.

I used to drink alcohol about 1 year before I became an SS. Now I literally NEVER drink it. It's easily possible to live happily (and a lot more healthily) without it. Atleast once you completely got rid of the addiction.
