Advanced Aura Of Empowerment

Ok so taking the Aura Of Empowerment Meditation. Which you need to begin doing first.

Aura Of Empowerment Meditation:

You begin by doing six breaths into each selected area. Then to up it a little you start drawing energy in untill it wont hold any more. In other words you go from foundation meditation to drawing energy.

Foundation Meditation:

Drawing Energy Meditation:

So let me put this in steps.

Step one. Begin doing Aura Of Empowering Meditation with six breaths.

Step Two. Begin doing Aura Of Empowering Meditation with drawing energy.

These are the preliminary steps to the Advanced Aura Of Empowerment.

Now the Advanced Aura Of Empowerment.

After you have done the Aura Of Empowerment with drawing energy. Turn to your aura. Begin with Layer one. Fill layer one with as much energy as you can and then focus on and empower it for two too three minuites.


Then go to layer two and do the same thing. Continue empowering each layer, layer by layer untill you empower all thirteen layers.

This is extremely powerful and needs to be worked up too. From there you have found the end of your aura and can do filtration of negative energies.

Next you can begin empowering elements into each layer. Make sure to keep the same element through out the meditation.

There was a post years ago. The new age believe there were 12 layers, however there are 13. That the aura must be empowered by all 13 layers. This was by Pythia. However now that the groups have been hacked so many times it is gone. Im sorry I cannot produce the source for you. Also not all facts have a source. Alot must be learned from the Gods.
