Activating the 3rd Eye and Pineal Gland

This is part of a program I've made to open and activate the 3rd Eye and Pineal Gland, following the model HPS Maxine created.

To activate the 3rd Eye and Pineal Gland:

1. Headstand, your crown chakra should be centered and aligned with the floor.

2. Perform the breath of fire for 54 repetitions, focusing on your crown.

3. Hold your breath and apply the root lock by contracting your anus and focus on driving the energy up into your crown.

4. Vibrate SATANAS in the crown, letter by letter like in the JoS site.

5. Chan[/IMG]Aum Chandramase[/I], for eg.) 27 times.



6. In easy pose or resting, vibrate the same mantra 27 times focusing on your Pineal Gland.

7. Repeat all the steps above once more.

8. After you are done with all of the above, do 9 times the sequence below:

• Vibrate Satanas in one breath.</li>
• State "My 3rd Eye and Pineal Gland are now totaly activated and empowered in a health and safe manner"</li>
• Vibrate Satanas in one breath.</li>
  Rest and focus on the energy, you can perform the "Ball of Light Meditation".

Sounds very good, Egon. I added a star to this message and I am willing to give it a try when I have the time.

The breath of fire is the kapalabhati, right?

And sure we're all individuals, but do you have any idea how long it can take for any effects to manifest, provided that one does this exercise everyday?

I'll not set any limit times to have an experience but I felt it almost like imediately and in the very first weeks of doing it. But again, this is all individual.
