Chakra Yogas and Yoga's sequence

AvatarHestiokratos1 min to read

Hello everyone,

I want to change my yoga routine. I was thinking of creating a chakra yoga routine. However, I couldn't be sure if I should start my routine with a Standing asana. Or, simply enough, if a yoga routine incorporates it?

If so, I will start with: Viparita Namaskar Tadasana(or Warrior pose, but it disturbs the root to crown sequence), then perform: Yoga squat, butterfly pose, bridge pose(or warrior pose), Gomukhasana, shoulder stand, cat-cow pose, and rock pose(for 3rd eye and crown).

Also, is it okay to vibrate mantras with breathing exercises for each chakra after all yoga practice is over? Or should I incorporate it into my routine, for example: Breath of Fire-->bridge pose-->mantra?

All you need is yourself, to meditate, and to heal your soul. The key to greatness is already in there. You don't need to be anyone else, but your own self. Live your life, exist and advance. Do your most beautiful work on your soul and life now.

If you want to climb in life, you will have to engage life and not complain about the rules.

You can do one chakra yoga per day instead of choosing one asana from all chakra yogas.

Yes.
