Before I leave I kind of want to finish off giving a message, I had another account that was banned, I know to give the full range of information I want I would have to have a full college course on some of these ideas. I was here for a few years during the time I was dealing with a heavier issue. Gen Z faces a lot of different challenges and a lot of people have wanted to break out of abusi circumstances, no formal knowledge is really given for that. At one point I would expereined violence over any suspicion that I would get legal knowledge so my activity was monitored a lot. I have a strong Saturn, I had to put in work to create orders and only when I actually almost lost my life could I really move forward. In my opinion it’s a form of slavery, either way I still worked and maintained relationships. I’m reaching the end of some of these struggles and should be prepared for a good quality of life, but in therapy the person helping me said what I dealt with was so extreme that I experienced a “temporary loss of identity” she asked me things about myself that I couldn’t answer. She helped me take notes, and I can use them in a legal case.
That’s really extreme if anyone doesn’t understand that, it isn’t a personality disorder people get sick ideas in their head for some reason and especially when it comes to me. This is also AFTER I was hospitalized with injuries from someone. That IS their fault, their own actions are their fault and the impact of anyone who might suffer from having to deal with someone like that needs to really remain strong. That’s especially if you’re vulnerable like a woman or child, or an elderly person or ill.
My life was saved and I celebrate that every year. My house rule and rules for my kids are that they should never be forced to speak to anyone. They aren’t forced to comply and their innocence will be defended when they have to fight back.
Unlesss the system changes to actually support victims the way that it works right now is absurd, unreasonable, sometimes requires a lot of money to continue, and people deserve a voice.
A lot of abusers are also addicts, and also defined medically and in legal cases - not everyone that has used a substance is an addict. That isn’t what defines addiction but the reason for that is also genetic.
It’s definitely extremely obvious that there are abnormal, unreasonable, and violent people out there that make no sense to anyone else, they do not function like anyone in society should.
If you have or don’t have the evidence take it to court, if you have access to a card fill out a protection order online and upload it after making an account, the local court should have the option for you to do everything online and appear online, and if it is against a parent and you live with them - try to get out until the hearing date. Take someone else’s actions against you seriously, the protection orders help and that’s pretty much it.
I had no idea a persons behavior against me would result in “attempted murder” but either way I do know I had no choice until that arrest was actually made. I can handle situations like this and people like this now, to a way better degree and I can actually fight back really well but there were definitely times where I couldn’t.
There’s usually a 10$ filing fee or you can fill out a fee waiver form. You can actually requ that the other person pays for your moving and living costs too, under 18 even if you do’t have a job or a place to live express the intention to and explain how you’ll do it.
By now I’ve seen and have heard of meth head parents, even if they’re just absent there’s a lot of deprivation like even being woken up and not allowed to have basic things. Exposure to drugs in the house even if you don’t see it, that’s a problem at any age.
