"Can a hatha yoga session be done by practicing some asanas in the morning and completing it in the evening? In other words, splitting it up? For example, out of 14 asanas, doing 7 in the morning and 7 in the evening." Same I ask about Kundalini Yoga.

For Kundalini Yoga, definitely not. They are one complete sequence, you cannot split them. Hatha yoga is a bit different, you could also do positions for one chakra a day, so yes I think that maybe can work, try and see if it works, if it feels weird to split it then don't. In that case you can do 2 shorter sequence.

I do multiple Hatha yoga sessions in a day, but each session is a complete series.
Like, I wouldn't do half of the Throat chakra yoga and then complete the other half later.
Plus, some asanas need to be balanced with a counter movement. Like, if you twist one way, you should twist the other way right after, not waiting until later.
I suppose it depends on what asanas you are doing. Are they apart of the same series?
