As for the VAV VAV VAV vibration that is done at the end of a Ritual. You would do what is comfortable with you, but keep a consistent vibration. In other words, I mean if you need a breath then take it, but try to not have any thoughts, or say anything between taking breaths for the VAV VAV VAV vibration. Maintain focus on your intent.

If you want to draw the breath out longer and emphasize the VAV, then you can do multiple breaths. It is your preference.
