http://web.archive.org/web/201508120245 ... lotus.org/so I have read this site that one of members posted. it has more info than jos and some infos that don't exist in jos. should I trust it. is it a right site and the meds are ok? should I do them or is that unnecessary . do you think our meditations only is enough to reach godhood or there is more to them?

I would only trust the information on the JOS site really, unless its just the kundalini exercises because Yoga in general has been infiltrated and corrupted by the enemy. Now concerning the exercises, most of them work in different areas of the body. I would not do the meditations as they may be corrupted. Kundalini yoga in was originally created to help clear up the energy pathways and remove blockages while enabling the kundalini to awaken. The exercises are really important but I would only work on the exercises as I stated above. We have a Kundalini and Hatha Yoga section in Satan's library. It should be adequate to help our kundalini ascend. Furthermore, the power meditations are designed for the very purpose of raising your energy and later your kundalini. You REALLY shouldn't trust any sites besides JoS.. Most of the time they are either jewish controlled, or xtianized bullshit. 
Our meditations are enough to get to the point where the Gods themselves can/will instruct you in reaching godhead. We don't post the actual instructions for the Magnum Opus, when you reach a certain point, the Gods and Satan will instruct you on this.
