about this mercury retrogade

i am still learning much as i have inly been dedicated sense last december but i ask questions here as needed and read the jos site in my freetime as much as i can

i wanna ask something on this retrogade

i work in grocery store. i bag groceries and get carts and what not

i noticed something today

one of my supervisers which was head checker of today

at least 2 times had trouble ringing up certain produde.

at least one of the two times (the first time she was on a different checkstand btw) she opened part of the thing and did something that was innefective (i think she tok a look at something and tried 2 wipe it with a dry rag which was innefective).

does this kind of thing happen with devices like this during this retrogade and if so has anyone else here noticed this kind of thing in grocery stores close to where any of you all live?

I notice this when a cashier makes a fat finger error, there is a glitch
in the computer system, or someone is new and gets several PLU codes
mixed up. Sometimes you get a head cashier that tries getting something
approved and runs into technical issues with the bank, or the computer
system is giving them a hard time. It is not so much when Mercury is in
retrograde as when someone doesn't know what they are doing or there is
a computer bug needing fixing.
