about planetary hours

hi family . I need to know about planetary hours for doing full chakra meditation and also squares.  I live in iran and I downloaded chromos program but I cant figure out how it works.  it has only japan and I doesn't have other countries near me only japan . so is it ok to use japan? and other question is that I cant understand it for example it says day of venus hours of moon that means I can start venus square? and what does it mean by hours of the moon? plz explain it to me fully and I appreciate your help. hail father satan hail astaroth

Try setting it to your countries timezone, or nearest timezone which is Iran standard time (irst or It)
