about dedicating

hi guys.one of my friend dedicated himself in some strange ritual I will explain and want to know if he is accepted or he should do that again. so he first lighted candle and wrote what was in site in paper and droped some blood on it and burned it. actually after this he did the ritual again he didn't know he should have done the four corners and drink from the bowl so he performed it again but that time he did everything right except he forgot to drop blood on the paper an burned it. so is he accepted or he should do that again ? I must say he is half way through 40 days meditation I appreciate your help hail satan hail the gods
