I don't know the science behind binaural beats. But then again, I never looked into it. I listened to a bunch on Youtube because they were popular (over 1 million views for some) but I got SUCH a bad feeling in my head and soul, and something about it just felt OFF. It was a VERY strong intuitive feeling within me.
My belief is that Power Meditation from the JoS site, as well as being guided by your Guardians, is much more effective in advancing than binaural beats.
Others may have a different opinion.

At best binaural beats are a crutch. Artificially inducing an altered state of consciousness makes you dependent on the binaural beats to meditate. An adept Satanist is capable of entering a trance state and doing everything else binaural beats are claimed to be able to induce.

At worst binaural beats can induce seizures, drowsiness, and other serious problems by detrimentally altering brainwave frequency.

Yes, it's great to go into a trance too, but depending on your emotional blockage can be very painful.

I did once and I could go into a light trance and I would not stop crying, if this happens to you keep thinking about in Father Satan and ask for the help of your DG.

Visualize a white light around your whole being or blue flame.
