In predictive astrology Lady Pythia wrote 22 degrees is bad for all signs. Does that mean from 21 to 22, or from 22 to 23?

Im not sure I understand your answer. Exact 22 degree is absurdly rare to make an analysis. 22 spans 0.59 degrees upwards and downards, when someone indicates one degree it covers the whole span If I make myself clear. Anyway Vult bot told me its from 22 to 23 but Id like a clergy confirmation on what Lady Pythia really meant.

It means exactly 22. It doesn't extend to 21 or 23. These are fixed by nature (fixed degrees).
The vult bot is probably wrong aswell as in academia when you indicate a degree it means the downard span, like the first degree can be something as example like 0.37 orb. Never 1.37 as that would be the second degree. So if someone is pry as to what Lady Pythia really meant they should clarify us.

firstly I'm in no way knowledgeable in astrology, but in mathematics and general degree theory the span from a degree to the next one (ex. 22.00 - 22.59) is what the 22nd degree would mean so if that holds true in astrology, Vult would be right.
This belief has root in common sense and logic as 22 is connected to Capricorn/Saturn but just as what was written on Saturn return in several topics here it should probably be understood with nuances of what "bad" would actually mean.
Also look up Nikola Stojanovic, he has said some things on the 22nd degree, not sure how accurate it is though.
Anyways, would love to hear someone explain this if they know or remember something more of what Lady Pythia meant by this.

I had a conversation with her years ago where she wrote a planet I had in a solar return was 21.58, she said it wasn't on the degree but was close so I should stay alert.
