While watching a fire, have you even noticed at times a flame will seem to spin being wide at the base then coming to a point on top? this is the perfect visualization which works for me. Especially with the bottom chakras, as they are the colors of fire- red orange and yellow. At the heart you may see two of these combined, one pointed down and one up. With the top three I use the site of a tornado..  HAIL SATAN!!!
