a new meditation

I was curious if there was a way to empower the soul through darkness so I summoned Set and asked him about it. i tried using in ouija board but i didnt have much sucess. just before i was about to quit i had a strong urge/voice in my head giving me instructions. i think he said to first picture all of your chakras very vibrantly while vibrating Sssss-eeeee-tttttt. Then form a vibrant black bubble surrounding your aura (about 2 feet away from your body) and to get a feel for it. i tried it last night and it felt pretty powerful. i just wanted a few second opinions on this
