a dream changed me i need help will die if nothing changes

when i was new to jos i was happy full of life but like two weeks after my dedication i had a vivid dream. i dreamt i was awake in my bed i looked up and a heavy vase of ancient India design was hovering doing semi circles around me always trained on my head i kept my hand in front of its path to my head almost effortlessly defending my self but then a gold orb of light entered my chest i felt the most fear I've ever felt in my life when it did and my body became weak and sluggish the vase slipped past my guard easily striking me in the head when i woke i was a complete different person im very easily enraged so enraged that if i dont get violent or destroy things my anger is so intense it exhaust me to the point i fall onto the floor unable to have the strength to get up also i developed a real bad infection from something i would easily heal on a normal day i need in-depth step by step instructions on what happened and how to solve it
