A core technique

Lately, I've been concentrating, focusing, and channeling outside and inner energy into a circular shape on the center of my chest. I'm surprised to say I feel some incredible results on only my third day. At first, it feels heavy and my skin tingles but all in all I can feel incredible energy being focused into my body.

By 'tweaking' the amount of energy the core can accept I have been able to flood my limbs with powerful energy while expelling negative energy through the core as well.

I share to you this technique to help you in any way possible.

Basically, become relaxed but focused. Now see and feel the energy inside your body. This may take a while for some but I'm not that great at anything dealing with energy as I'm new to Satanism and spiritual energy and find that I am able to quickly do this. My chakras are closed but opening them may help.

Now, slowly draw the energy into your chest. Shape it, you can give it whatever shape you want but a circle is easiest I think. Swirl the energy around, slowly, allow the energy to become dense. Move the dense energy, expanding it into your desired shape. The goal is to have the denser energy keep the lighter energy inside your body.

Now, very slowly allow your energy to flow back to normal but this time, direct the flow in and out of your chosen shape, leaving negative energy inside your core while the purer energy flows back inside.

The tricky part is letting the negative energy out without losing your core or forcing it back inside. Cut off the core from your body but keep it still attached. Move the 'bottom' of your core to force the negative energy out.
