Visualize the sun much when you're meditating? Yeah, I'm providing you
with what you need. Don't forget about the black sun though which is
Tiamat. It's what she made herself to be after her old celestial body
became what it is now. She still has her essence here, but her real
power is of that sun since she just wanted to be like me considering I
only made her a planet that was holding the Tablets of Destiny. Now
neither one of us need such a materialistic thing to control destiny
or fate. We just ARE.

reincarnated on Earth. What do you think that means? It means WE ARE

This meditation I call "feel the fire". Use this for healing.
Go into a trance, Imagen your base chakra about the size of a pea,
now Imagen it getting larger and hotter, now Imagen it opening up into
a white-gold ball like the sun, all the while allowing it to get hotter.
Visualize your chakra now as a spinning tornado of intense heat. You
will probably be able to feel this. Direct the flame into what ever
part of your body needs to be healed and affirm it to heal you. This
is a very rapid healing. If trying to heal your back, don't shoot the
flame up your back, this can make it worse, instead, slowly run it up
the Sushumna, increasing it slowly as you go and take your time. This
gives of a pleasurable heat.
