9 Foot Circles and Using one as a tool?

First off, the only thing I know about 9 foot circles is that they were used against our gods and it has to deal with binding, because 9 = saturn and circle is probably something else. And thats all I know.
I was thinking, and this sounds dangerous, but is there a possibility that 9 foot circles may be able to "Bind Blessings" or "Strip away Dross"?

Are 9 foot circles only negative, or are they useful if programmed to be beneficial instead of malicious? The way I understand Bindings is, and correct me if I'm wrong, it's more like wearing clothing; something that sticks to you. If that's true then shouldn't positive/beneficial things stick to you as well in the same way as a "binding"?

A thought I had for when it comes to possibly using 9 foot circles as a means to purify oneself would be that maybe the circle could attach to the dross/curses through affirmations, which I'm bad at coming up with, but something like: "This 9 foot circle traps any and all dross, negative energy, and curses in the best way for me. All negative energy, curses and dross are all being sent directly to ___"

Another Idea would be to use the circle to "Weld" blessings onto someone. Maybe through some way of programming the circle to enhance any working done within it? "This energy is amplified by this 9 foot circle and this energy is - attracting me money - growing more hair on my head - whatever". Maybe not as 9 is a number of ending things, but it's also the number of "Perfection, Power".

Also I wonder if a 9 foot square would change anything. With the square having 4x 90 degree angles. I don't know shapes and if there are harmful ones or beneficial ones.

A protective shield to keep unwanted things outside of it. Black Saturnian type of protection, as it binds to itself. The use cases you presented are not compatible here, at least not directly as you have presented them. For blessings, a direct evocation works, and an invocation too. To strip away dross, the same, depending on whether it is you or someone else.

Not sure what why you think the circle was used for binding. It was used by abusive magickians to protect themselves from the God they summoned. It was for protection, not binding. You're confusing it with the circle around the sigil, which was used differently than the 9 foot circle.

Those jewish sorcerers mainly used a circle to protect themselves and a triangle to force the God to appear.

Again, the circle wasn't used to trap energies, but as protection. To purify yourself won't you don't need a circle. We have the aura of protection for that, you can use a variation of it with your own affirmation.
