Thank you very much for the meditation! I have just two questions..I find a little dificult to comprehend this.. on the RAUM, the RA part is vibrated like "HA" from english or with a rolled R like in "cucaRAcha" from spanish or "ROzumiem" from polish?
And on the part of vibrating IO, its said to do it back on forth, but on the example its restarting EEEE only in the right every time, is it suposed to be like this?

<td val[/IMG]   The R is rolled at the front of the mouth, behind the teeth, I&apos;m not sure which R this is.

The Ah is pronounced like in the English word &apos;fAther&apos; or &apos;Art&apos;

Back and forth between the sides for each letter, so that means vibrate EEE on the right, then OOO on the left, then go back to the right with EEE again.

Each exhale should consist of EEE OOO, directing and feeling the vibration of EEE on the right then OOO on the left side.

You vibrate RAUM into the four chakras listed, this counts as one round. You need to do 108 rounds. The vibrations should be done in one breath. Feeling the vibration of each letter in their corresponding chakra. I have not had the chance nor time to try this meditation, but that is how I would do it and have done in the past with similar meditations. It is the same with IO, vibrated in one breath, feeling the vibration in your front and back. This should e done 108 times again. -En Haradren Amlug.

Correct, it's a bit of an obvious typo, 108x108 vibrations is a bit impractical. -En Haradren Amlug.
