The Ah is pronounced like in the English word 'fAther' or 'Art'
Back and forth between the sides for each letter, so that means vibrate EEE on the right, then OOO on the left, then go back to the right with EEE again.
Each exhale should consist of EEE OOO, directing and feeling the vibration of EEE on the right then OOO on the left side.

And on the part of vibrating IO, its said to do it back on forth, but on the example its restarting EEEE only in the right every time, is it suposed to be like this?
