9/11 Story Fake

This may have been clarified in other examinations of the event by others, but I lack the arguments that should be put out by defenders and propagators of the official 9/11 story. Namely, how does heat from 100 stories, more or less, incinerate all the stories below it and all in one go? I suspect this pseudo-science argument - the fact that the heat from the plane crash traveled to the base - and that it incinerated every single level as it went is the corner stone of the Jews political power and seek to debunk it.
