I want to perform black magic on someone but I have couple questions:

-How can I know when to stop?

-I want to do the working when I am more powerful but anger and hate eats me alive. What should I do?

-How can I make sure that I'm the rightful one?

If a curse is warranted, anger shouldn't be an issue. In fact, INCREASE your anger and direct it into your target. This takes skill and practice, one sign you are doing it correctly is that you are suddenly very calm after directing it.
Strong emotions, if properly directed, can do REAL damage. Make sure the target deserves it.
