I constantly feel highly motivated for periods of time and feel like I can achieve much but can never be fully consistent. And when i realize that i could be doing so much better i get all guilty but still dont stay consitent. It happens very often, as if im given an opportunity to do better and I feel guilty for never taking it.

The important thing is that you are here, this is already one of the biggest opportunity and blessing. With a daily routine meditation your discipline/consistency will gradually increase.
