I've been doing Ascending Energy Meditation for years. The orgasmic energy feels very, very warm, sometimes hot, though not to the point of being uncomfortable. There are a couple of times where the ball I created from the orgasm is too bright (exactly like a miniature sun) and can be a little blinding if I keep my eyes closed. It happens rarely, thankfully. All in all, it's very powerful energy, and I believe it should be directed. In my opinion.
