I've got at least 10 chart placement all pointing in the direction of art, eye for beauty, talent etc. and i love the idea of art and would love to use it well to express myself. the thing is, i am just not talented. i can draw slightly better than the average, but thats about it. i am somewhat innovative, so i cant say im not at all creative, but i don't have a vision of a beautiful piece before i start something. i cannot convey emotions through art. and i find that so demotivating and borderline tragic. i would love to be good at it. truly would. but i feel like at my level its useless to pursue. i need some advice on this matter, i dont know whether to give it up, treat is as a side project to work on on a third option im honestly lost

Give yourself a chance: take art courses and study some manuals, practice a lot. The fact that you have artistic talent is comparable to having a seed already planted. However, if you don't water it and don't take proper care of it, it will remain a planted seed and will never turn into a plant.

My birth chart gives me a multitude of talents. Due to time constraints, I have only been able to truly cultivate some of these, the others have unfortunately remained atrophied and undeveloped.

On the other hand, those that I have developed because I have attended courses and training have REALLY advanced in me now. Give yourself a chance, commit yourself, you deserve it :)

I have my own personal method for putting emotion into my art, but you should understand what yours is, individualism is better in these things.
