40 day meditation

<td val[/IMG]Hello, I have have been a satanist close to a year now and have been doing close to a hour worth of meditations daily and advancing quickly. But one satanist told me to drop evreything and go do the 40 day meditation as if I didn't it would harm me. When there have been others that tell me to just keep progressing, what do you brothers and sisters think? I'm very confused and haven't been able to sleep over it for days I don't think I can take much more.

Depends on who is giving you the advice and where you are at spiritually. The 40 day programm is ideal for new people. Many tried it and had success with it in getting pumped up and ready to make their own programm. It took people where it promised. From there on, you build your programm and further advance. When one is new, there is strife as the mind tries to wake up from the Spiritual slumber. The 40 day program is balanced and not too much, but not few things either. Its to where it could and should be for new people. Not putting much stress to them. Like an introduction to physical exercise, you have to go gradual at it. Then, go with your intuition. The Gods and Satan Himself will guide you through feelings to do what you should. Just listen to common sense and your intuition aswell.
