40 day meditation

Depends on who is giving you the advice and where you are at spiritually. The 40 day programm is ideal for new people. Many tried it and had success with it in getting pumped up and ready to make their own programm. It took people where it promised. From there on, you build your programm and further advance. When one is new, there is strife as the mind tries to wake up from the Spiritual slumber. The 40 day program is balanced and not too much, but not few things either. Its to where it could and should be for new people. Not putting much stress to them. Like an introduction to physical exercise, you have to go gradual at it. Then, go with your intuition. The Gods and Satan Himself will guide you through feelings to do what you should. Just listen to common sense and your intuition aswell.

It depends on what you're doing, don't let others coerce you to suddenly slow down in meditation as this can cause imbalances such as depression, irritability, anxiety, disorientation etc.  But if you were say, going from a background of no meditation then jumping into doing 50+ breathing exercises and attempting to spark the kundalini or perform magnum opus meditations without a past of yoga or naturally open soul, you'd injure your nervous system doing any of those aforementioned acts.  If you ever feel exhausted during a meditation try to finish it but as gently as possible.  We have no limits in Satanism, albeit safety first, no hero trying to blow up their lungs or the sort.  If you are progressing daily without consistent signs of fatigue or unbearable energy reserves, then you are fine.
