3rd eye wont open

Hello family ,



I've been meditating on my 3rd eye for 4-5 months now and I just can't seem to be able to open it . The only progress I've seen is being able to remember my dreams more clearly but that's about it. How long did it take you to open your 3rd eyes ?



Any suggestions are highly appreciated .

Hello Alex, 
This was also a problem I used to have when I was new. The thing is to meditate on the pressure on your forehead. Literally before you know it you will see quick or slow moving visions that are very vivid. This will completely open your third eye. Just don't try to strain your eyes when closed but look to the spot your third eye would be and continue. Do the vibrations from the JoS. When you feel the pressure on your forehead it's open bro!
