Hello family ,
I've been meditating on my 3rd eye for 4-5 months now and I just can't seem to be able to open it . The only progress I've seen is being able to remember my dreams more clearly but that's about it. How long did it take you to open your 3rd eyes ?
Any suggestions are highly appreciated .
