Yeah it just depends on the person. I did not mean to imply that one is as strong as the other. I thought the original poster was implying that we should do mental instead of physical vibrations. I can tell you, if High Priest Mageson says anything or gives any suggestions, it would be in your best interest to pay attention.Â

Mental vibration needs more concentration and a more trained mind because it's always easier to concentrate on a physical feeling than to something in your mind, so it's not recommended for newbies
