Hey brothers and sisters

I am wondering, can a bed be used as an Astral Temple? As I have limited space to creating something specific for that. And that's where I do my power meditation. I read somewhere that you shouldn't mix the two. But I'm not sure. Thanks in advance.

Also on cursing or spiritual warfare, is there any curse or power or ability to affect someone in the physical? Like during a fight or as it happens? Being I have a lot of medical problems with my body at the moment, I am working on them. Ever since I was younger. I would always dress or look intimidating, all black, leather jacket ect. It's been a fear I've had for a long time. I look normal and fit, but my body is much weaker then most. So martial arts and what not doesn't really work for me. I know we can do telekinesis and preform powerful magick in controlled settings. If it's possible to do anything on the spot, it's definitely something that would take me years to learn. Just wondering if it can be done?

The last question, is a stupid one. It's always something I've been curious about. Years ago, long before I was a SS and woke up. I was interested in the spiritual powers of the mind. I read about people calling them selves therianthropes or something like that. They believe that they could shape shift into animals, like werewolves and ect, by tricking the mind thru mediation that it was in the wrong body, and fixing on an animal their body would change accordingly. P - shifting or something like that. But no one could ever remotely prove it. Is that shit possible? I read it when I was 13. To this day I have always wondered if there was some truth to it lol

1 An astral temple is in your head, its not physical in anyway. 2 A cruse takes awhile to take affect so it would not really help you if you got into a fight. 1. An astral temple is in your imagination, not a real physical place. That's why it's called "astral" and that's why it's used a lot by people who don't have a place where they can do rituals physically. The Astral realm isn't really the physical, but above the physical.
2. It can be done, but it's not actually black magick. You may look into Tai Chi and other martial arts where they channel their own energy/chi/bioelectricity to use for physical attacks. These don't depend as much on physical strength as on the energy inside you and your focusing on it.
3. I think they're probably more talking about merging consciousness with an animal. That's something you can do, for example you can merge consciousness with a cat and see the world like a cat, feel like a cat e.t.c. But I highly doubt it's possible to change your actual physical form into that of an animal's.

You can use your bed to meditate in.  Nothing wrong with it at all.  You can draw it up too, and do other things to help you visualize it.  It's just a 3-D temple you go too and do your meditation at.  You create it in your mind, using your imagination muscle so to speak.  You might have to keep your eyes closed at first to keep from being distracted.  Like mine is a place I go when I leave my body while meditating.  Its a temple room that's supper nice and comfortable and Demons can go there and its dark and bathed in blue light.  That kind of thing.  It can be anything you want.  Nothing can distract me there.  You can review how to make a regular temple and use those ideas to make an astral temple.  It gives interior design a whole new meaning.
Yes, you can effect someone right away that is bothering you in present time.  You don't have to "curse them" you can just reflect their negative energy off your aura right back at them.  Study auras on the website and you'll see what I mean.  I've heard High Priestess Maxine Dietrich talk about it a couple times now.  It really works great.
Shape shifting is real on the astral but not in the physical world.  Their are spirits that can appear like a normal person and you can't tell them apart from a real person.  I would say that most can do that.  Those people can shape shift because their entirely spiritual.  Non-Satanic Witches confuse the same thing.  They think that Familiars can shape shift and they actually believe that Familiars can physically vanish.  They can if their spirits, but only if their spirits projecting the image of a body.  Basically all that physical shapeshifting business comes from Witch Inquisitors (like during the Inquisition).

Thank you magnum.arcanum and the_fire_starter666. Very good advice. I guess I read the website wrong, I was under the impression that an Astral Temple was a physical thing you built and asked Father to bless it. But the mind and soul is the most powerful temple anyone can truly build. Thanks.

I thought Tai Chi was an exercise old people did, will definitely look into it. Using an your aura as a form of attack too? That's certainly interesting, when I get stronger it's absolutely something I will try. Thank you for the suggestions. I so appreciate them

And Yog, I know that you feel that everyone can do anything, for the most part that is definitely true. The only limitations are ones we place on ourselves. However with we me. I was born with major muscle problems. My arms are so weak physically that lift anything most people can is very difficult. Throwing a punch is like a girl punch. The upside is my legs are super strong. That's where most of my strength is. A kick from me would hurt, alot. I walk up hill for an hr every night. That's my physical outlet. My arms though, until I can maybe heal myself, or find a form of therapy that actually works me. Sadly a gym just won't help me right now. In future perhaps. But right now I'd rather focus on powering my mind and soul, the use my spiritual focus to power though the pain of using my arm muscles.

And to the whole shape shifting thing, there are a group of people, that have "established" themselves like us with guides and groups believing then can shift into animals physically as well as mentally. I think they are crazy, but I'm learning the mind a soul can do amazing things, so I was wondering if there was truth to it. On physical obviously not lol
