The next thing is to start a power meditation program. Please see the MeditationsPower Meditations section on Joy of Satan for articles of interest. Doing Aura cleaning and Aura of Protection is really important, done at least twice a day (once in morning and once before bed) as this will keep away a lot of enemy attacks and prevent nightmares at nighttime.
