English:
Some people who have been banned for trying to spout nonsense on Russian forums come here to use the Russian language to promote their nonsense. The very desire to pick on someone, send them private messages, and promote some kind of nonsense is already a sign of illness and/or psychological vampirism. Not everyone on the internet is human. Not everyone is worth your attention. Arrogance and attempts to lecture are a signal that you need to urgently turn off your attention, just as you turn off ads and bots, because it's just garbage.
Pay attention to how they react. If they are exposed or their posts are not allowed, and they react aggressively, then they are definitely trash, upset that they were not given attention.
I collected some information on your topic in Russian forum. Most is in the attachment to it that I can't attach here due to format. So most of my translated words below will address to the attachment to this post:

Translation of the post [100% links point to Russian sources]:
Many people here are interested in this topic, and I have compiled some material for situations involving the loss of loved ones, which I would like to share here. It is a collection of literature and audio material. Some of these links contain information about working with dreams, visions of different worlds and eras as dream worlds/eras, and life and death themselves as forms of dreaming, so that working with the world of the dead in many cultures overlaps with working with dreams.
Unfortunately, I was unable to find this 1926 book in its entirety in any language or in any electronic form.
I have attached other similar books to the Russian forum post above. [I can't attach them here as I said because most are doc format, and here only pdf and zip are the option.]
Other versions of the same:
All of the above was presented not only as worlds, but also as forms of mass dreaming. In Ancient Greece, the Gods of death and sleep were Brothers:
It is clear that most provided material is not Zevism, so the conclusions of writers, researchers, and mediums from all this may be incorrect, while all buddhism, “forgiveness,” “absence of desires and attachments,” etc. must be filtered, yet some experiences mentioned might be quite real. It helps to solve the problem when you see that millions of people are trying to solve the same problem and are successfully solving it through superpowers. The appearance of the barrier of death between loved ones is an existential problem for most people from the times immemorial. Ethnic practices are of particular interest because they may have preserved some ancient encrypted knowledge of the Gods. These are also examples of what I always have in mind when I recommend real ethnographic literature on the subject, rather than attempts to restore something by self-proclaimed gurus. A real treasure trove can be found in books by professional ethnographers on the subject of myths about death among peoples who still practice some form of primitive paganism and never happened to experience any monotheistic abrahamic religions. The fact is that these societies often viewed death as a form of sleep and did not lose contact with their loved ones, knowing that they were nearby, but simply learned to communicate with them. As a rule, you will find that receiving messages from the world of ancestors in dreams prevails there.
I particularly recommend all of Mircea Eliade's scientific works, as a significant part of them is devoted to ancient communities, including those religious, and their views on death, among other things. What I have read by Robert Moss also prompts thoughts about serious research into the culture of dreams among different peoples, and it talks about the blurring of the boundaries between life and death (in the attachment to the post in the Russian forum).
It all boils down to the fact that if we consider life (incarnation on earth) and the worlds visited in death similar to different dreams of one night, for example, then it is clear that it is difficult to consciously move from one to the other or somehow remember one in the other. But if we perceive it this way, then this perception itself softens grief and facilitates communication with the dead, who are no longer perceived as dead.
